Step 1 - Go to crafting and craft a good quality fishing rod 

Step 2 - Craft a omnivorous fish bait

Step 3 - Go in central plains and then go to Highway 27 

Step 4 - Go to the fishing area near that.

Step 5 - take out your fishing rod put the omnivorous bait on it and start fishing 

Step 6 - catch 2 of those fish as shown in above image ,then go to your homestead near your grill and start cooking.

Step 7 - enjoy, you have competed your mission
